Abstract

The AlGaAs-on-insulator material platform offers compact, integrated nonlinear devices. The 4̅3𝑚 point-group symmetry of AlGaAs enables a natural quasi-phase-matching. In this talk, we will present our work on second-harmonic generation in square microcavities.
