Abstract
This presentation will share HKUST experience to use Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tool for performing repetitive processes automatically on Alma. RPA is applied to improve the review process of Authority Control Task List (ACTL). With the RPA for automation, efficiency is increased and manpower is saved. 分享香港科技大学图书馆应用机器人流程自动化(RPA)的经验，利用RPA工具自动化需要重复执行的Alma流程，例如规范控制任务列表(ACTL)，达到提升效率和减轻人力成本的目的。
