Abstract
A novel organic-inorganic hybrid material, (NH3C6H4 OC6H4NH3)PbI4 with a perovskite structure, was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, UV-Vis, X-ray diffraction (XRD) and TEM techniques. XRD patterns from its powder showed that the hybrid material was well-ordered and in layered frame. Electric measurements performed on the spin-coated films from the organic-inorganic hybrid material have demonstrated a room-temperature electron mobility as high as 0.065 cm2 · V-1 · s-1, which is a promising material for photoelectric devices.
