The design of violation vehicle management system based on MAS cooperation

Abstract

With the increasing volume of motor vehicles and number of violation vehicles, it is crucial to scientifically and reasonably manage the violation vehicles for the safety of life and property. MAS(Multi-Agent-System) composed of lots of agents finishes a task by the communication, study, cooperation and negotiation among some agents and circumstance to get rid of conflicts and reach an agreement. Violation vehicle management system based on MAS cooperation is puts forward and designed in the paper. First the architecture of the MAS management system including the MAS of violation vehicles capturing, the MAS of penalty and the MAS of information management are presented. Second the cooperative control among agents based on the information driven between the MAS of violation capture and the MAS of the information management is designed, the cooperative control based on the event driven rule between the MAS of violation penalty and the MAS of information management and the cooperative control based on coordination mechanism among agents in the MAS of information management are designed as well in details. Finally the merits of the design are concluded.
