Abstract

The concurrent and non-deterministic nature of the Occam language makes it difficult to program efficiently and to trace the program execution correctly. This paper describes the design and features of Visputer, a tool for visualising Occam processes on transputer networks. The paper discuss the design criteria for such a tool and describes various components of Visputer.
