This study focuses on the searches for beyond-the-Standard-Model effects in the vector-boson-fusion production and four-jet decay of the Higgs boson at the Large Hadron-electron Collider. The results are obtained from the data generated with Monte Carlo simulation. The effective field theory of the Standard Model is used to parameterize the beyond-the-Standard-Model effects. Angular and machine learning model observables are employed to restrict the Warsaw-basis CP-violating couplings of the Higgs boson to W bosons. Following the event generation and parton showering, targeted events are reconstructed using truth and combinatorial methods. Beyond the Standard Model sensitivity measurements of the observables are performed. Sensitivity in the CP-odd coupling is obtained from the exclusion limit of [−3.30, 3.29] at a level of two standard deviations for the total luminosity 1 ab
